iSuite, a product of Magizh NexGen Technologies (“MnT”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), values transparency and trust with our clients. This Refund, Cancellation & Payment Policy outlines our terms regarding service payments, use of our payment gateway, and refunds.
1. No Refund Policy
By using iSuite and its services, you agree to our no refund policy.
- All product and service details, including features, subscription terms, and pricing, will be clearly outlined prior to purchase.
- Once a subscription is activated or a service is availed, we allocate dedicated resources and infrastructure to deliver the agreed services. Therefore, we cannot offer refunds.
- Our commitment is to deliver high-quality services and continuous platform improvements. However, since results may depend on third-party factors (e.g., search engine rankings, ad network policies), we do not guarantee specific outcomes.
2. Subscription & Payments
- All payments for iSuite subscriptions must be made in advance through our secure payment gateway (Razorpay).
- Users are responsible for ensuring accurate billing information at the time of payment.
- Invoices will be generated and made available through your iSuite account.
- Renewal of subscriptions will be processed automatically, unless canceled before the next billing cycle.
3. Cancellation Policy
- Users may cancel their subscription at any time via the iSuite dashboard or by contacting support.
- Cancellation will prevent future billing but will not result in a refund for the current billing cycle.
- Access to services will continue until the end of the paid subscription period.
4. Payment Gateway Terms
iSuite uses Razorpay as its primary payment processor. By making payments through iSuite, you agree to the following:
1 . Information We Collect
- Personal Information: Name, email, billing address, and payment details (credit/debit card, UPI, bank details).
- Transaction Data: Invoice details, transaction amount, payment status, and date.
- Non-Personal Data: IP address, browser type, and device information for fraud detection and analytics.
2 . Use of Information
We use your information to:
- Process and verify payments.
- Prevent fraud and ensure secure transactions.
- Provide customer support and maintain billing records.
3 . Data Sharing
- We do not sell or rent personal information.
- Data may be shared with Razorpay, financial institutions, fraud detection systems, or government authorities when legally required.
4 . Cookies & Tracking
- We use cookies and tracking technologies during the checkout process to ensure session security and a seamless payment experience.
- Disabling cookies may impact payment functionality.
5. User Rights
You may request to:
- Access or update your payment-related personal information
- Delete stored billing data, subject to legal and financial record-keeping obligations
